From Italy, the Bettini family arrived more than 80 years ago in a picturesque Cordovan neighborhood in Argentina where they started with a small pasta factory, a tradition of their family. They combined their exquisite recipes with raw materials that they found in the country and thus achieved the most recognized pastas on the market. Without pause they were growing and investing in technology, quality standards, training, which led them to become what is today a model factory.
